What data we process
When you book an appointment we need your first name, surname, phone number and email address. This data is used only to confirm your appointment, send you a reminder and contact you if anything changes.
Who is the data controller
The controller of your personal data is the specific dental practice you book with. The Dentbook booking system acts as a processor and stores the data only on behalf of that practice.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as necessary to maintain booking records and meet the practice's legal obligations. After that we remove it securely.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, contact the practice directly, as it manages your data.
Security
Your data is stored on secure infrastructure and transmitted encrypted. Only your practice can access it.
